Pursuant to the U.S. Department of Education’s Federal Integrity Rules, La Salle University must provide to its students or prospective students the contact information for filing complaints with each state licensing entity and any other relevant agency that would handle the complaint. Additional State Authorization Information
La Salle University has applied to the Maryland Higher Education Commission to enroll Maryland students in fully online distance education programs. The Commission’s registration of the fully online programs is not an authorization of the institution to operate in Maryland or an approval or endorsement of the institution’s programs.
Pursuant to the Code of Maryland Regulations 13B.05.01, the university’s fully online programs will follow the Maryland refund policy. The minimum refund policy that shall be paid to a Maryland student who withdraws or is terminated after completing only a portion of a course, program, or term within the applicable billing period is as follows:
