Welcome
Here at La Salle University, we seek to put students at the center of everything we do.
We’re honored to follow in the footsteps of our namesake, Saint Jean Baptist de La Salle, the Patron Saint of Teachers and the founder of the Brothers of the Christian Schools. De La Salle started an education revolution in 17th century France, and we continue to honor his legacy of high quality and innovative teaching and learning every single day as we share personal, transformative educational experiences in our classrooms and labs, at our internship and coop sites, on our playing courts/fields, and elsewhere on and beyond our campus.
Quite simply, we believe a Lasallian education can transform lives. Year after year, La Salle University is recognized for Excellence, Value, Affordability, and Outcomes. Among the many honors, Money magazine recognizes La Salle as one of the “Top 25 Most Transformative Colleges;” U.S. News & World Report selected La Salle as among the “Top 25 Best Value Colleges” in the Northeast; and Forbes declared La Salle to be a “Best Value College.”
Together and by association, we work together to shape our authentic community of teaching and learning. As Lasallian educators, we’re tasked to be “brothers and sisters to one another, and older brothers and sisters to our students.” That means that we’ll be by your side to guide, encourage, and teach you during your time as a student and beyond.
Explorers are Never Lost.
