Kim Oliver has an Associate of Arts degree in Business. She has spent the majority of her career in administrative customer service roles in both corporate settings and higher education. She spent ten years as a Director of an I.T. helpdesk. She then transitioned into higher education where she served as an assistant registrar for 13 years with Esperanza College, and later as an Executive Assistant at Eastern University.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys traveling, photography, ballroom dancing, reading, and watching historical and period movies.
