The article, “The Development of a Culturally Relevant, Theoretically Driven HPV Prevention Intervention for Urban Adolescent Females and Their Parents/Guardians,” written by Dr. Jillian Baker, assistant professor of Public Health, was accepted for publication in Health Promotion Practice (http://hpp.sagepub.com/content/early/recent).

Dr. Joan Luckhurst, assistant professor of Speech-Language-Hearing Science, and Dr. Barbara Amster,  Director of Speech-Language-Hearing Science, received a $35,200 grant from a Foundation to support scholarships for La Salle students who are  interested in listening and speaking for hearing-impaired children.
