Jillian Lucas Baker, DrPH, EdM, assistant professor of public health, co-authored a journal article, “’The Black Man’s Country Club: Assessing. the Feasibility of an HIV Reduction Program for Young, African American Men in Barbershops,’” The article will appear in the April 2013 issue of Family and Community Health.

Joan Luckhurst, Ph.D., CCC-SLP, assistant professor of Speech-Language-Hearing Science, has co-authored “Differences in Expressive and Receptive Spoken Lexical Language Skills in Preschool Children with Cochlear Implants and Children with Typical Hearing” for The Volta Review, the peer-reviewed journal for the Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
