All resident students (in addition to others) are required to have health insurance. If you have qualifying health insurance already, you may waive the mandatory University Health Insurance.
National Student Services Incorporated provides property insurance to students nationwide. For additional information, please contact NSSI at 1-800-256-6774.
According to the Students’ Guide to Resources, Rights, and Responsibilities, “the University does not assume legal obligation to pay for any loss of or any damage to students’ property if it occurs in its buildings or on its grounds prior to, during, or subsequent to the period of the housing contract. Personal property insurance is recommended.”

Wireless Internet service is available free of charge for all on-campus resident students. If you experience difficulty connecting to the La Salle network, please contact the IT Help Desk at 215.951.1860.
Comcast Cable representatives will be available during regular posted check-in dates/times to provide students the opportunity to sign up for cable and have it installed.
If you need assistance prior or after these dates/times, you may contact Comcast directly at 1-800-COMCAST. Not all channels and services available in all areas. Digital Video Recorders, HDTV, and On Demand are not available in all areas.
Operation of laundry facilities is free of charge to all on-campus students.

Visit us online at mymicrofridge.com or call 800-525-7307. Orders received before August 10th will be delivered prior to the start of the academic year. Orders received after August 10th will be subject to an additional $40 late fee which must be included with payment. All late orders will be delivered after the start of the academic year.

Order now and you will be guaranteed a reserved unit. If we receive an order from both you and your roommate, we will automatically cancel one of the orders and issue you a full refund.
Orders cancelled prior to delivery will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled during the first two weeks of the academic year are subject to a $40 charge. Orders cancelled after the first two weeks of the year are non-refundable.
For the low cost of $19.99 per year, you can purchase insurance in the event your unit gets damaged. The cost of a replacement unit is in excess of $500.00 so we highly recommend you take advantage of this low cost insurance plan to protect yourself.
