Since its inception in 1993, La Salle has celebrated its March 20, 1863 founding with the annual Charter Dinner. The event raised more than $4.5 million and proceeds have gone to the University’s Scholarship Fund. Each year, the Lasallian Leadership award is presented to honor those who demonstrate outstanding leadership in the corporate, civic, governmental, or religious communities that shape the quality of life in the Philadelphia region. The Award recipient list is made up of some of the best and brightest of La Salle alumni and Philadelphia leaders.
This year, the Lasallian Leadership Award was presented to Donna M. Massanova, CPA, ’00. And, a new award was introduced—the Lasallian Impact Award, which was presented to President and CEO Robert Cottone on behalf of IMC Construction—a company dedicated to growing a culture of respect and teamwork for over 40 years.
