Application for Admission
Official college transcripts from each institution attended
La Salle accepts credits from regionally accredited schools. Students must submit their official college transcript in order to have credits evaluated for transfer. If a course is approved for transfer, credit will be given for courses with a quality point value equivalent to or above the La Salle “C” grade (2.0). 70 credits is the maximum allowable amount to transfer into La Salle.
An essay/personal statement
*Please note: This is only required of applicants to the School of Nursing and Health Sciences, as well as any applicant who feels additional information would be helpful in understanding his or her previous academic record.
An academic recommendation completed by an instructor or counselor.
*Please note: All applicants to the School of Nursing and Health Sciences are required to submit two letters of recommendation.

Required for all students that have fewer than 30 college credits earned

Official test scores
SAT or ACT test scores required for all students that have fewer than 30 college credits earned. Students applying to the Nursing program must submit either SAT, ACT or NLN test scores. See additional information below.
