IP=In Process: Students from the cohort listed have yet to graduate from the cohort year listed. 

Programs are only required to provide data on the past 9 years/cohort or since the program was initially accredited, whichever is shorter. 

* Graduation Rate is the program’s Advertised Length of Completion which is how long the program is designed to complete as written. 

** Job Placement Rate is the percentage of graduates from the cohort year that are employed utilizing skills learned in the COAMFTE accredited program. 

*** Licensure rate is the percentage of graduates from the cohort year that have achieved ANY level of MFT licensure.  

For Master’s programs only, COAMFTE has established a benchmark of 70% licensure rate for each cohort.  

Contextual Factors: 
2015-2016
*Out of the 24 students enrolled, 20 were accepted. 17 students graduated within 4 years, while 3 graduated beyond the 4-year period.

*Of the 20 graduates, 2 are not currently working in the MFT field, and the status of 1 graduate is unknown.

*Among the 17 graduates working in the field, 16 are now licensed.

2016-2017
*Out of the 15 students enrolled, all were accepted into the program. However, 2 students did not complete it.

*Among the 13 who did, 10 graduated within 4 years, while 3 took longer than 4 years to graduate.

*All 13 graduates are currently employed in the field, and 12 of them have obtained their licenses.

2017-2018
*The LA Associates were just approved in Pennsylvania as of 6/2024, so we hope to encourage former students working toward licensure to apply. But 1 student became licensed within another field

2018-2019
*3 students withdrew from the program. One student graduated on May 2024, which is beyond the advertised 4-year timeframe. One student did not disclose their employment status.

2019-2020
*One student withdrew from the program. 6 students graduated, and all 6 are working in the field

*2 graduates received LA associates (MFT)

2020-2021
27 students were enrolled in the program, while 19 graduated within the advertised 4-year window. 2 students graduated after the 4-year window, and the remaining students are still in progress

2021-2022
10 students have graduated during the 4-year window, and 2 students who graduated after the 4-year advertised window. 2 Students are currently on LOA, with one returning. 1 student remains in progress and is slated to finish after the 4-year window.

*1 Student choose a alternative certification in a related field

2022-2023
*11 students were accepted, 6 have graduated, 3 are in progress, and are currently still in the program and have not yet achieved graduate status.

*1 student is on LOA from the program.

2023-2024
*13 Students are newly admitted to the program and have not yet achieved graduate status, so they are in progress.
