Decision plans and deadlines
La Salle offers three distinct admission plans:

  • Early Action – Deadline extended to November 15. If you choose to apply by this date, you will receive your admission decision, merit scholarship eligibility, and need-based financial aid in early December. Early Action can be the best choice for students who have completed their college list and wish to know more about their college choices before the end of the year.
  • Early Decision – December 1 deadline. If La Salle has emerged as your first choice, our binding Early Decision plan gives you the opportunity to provide the Committee on Admission with your enrollment intention. This can be a helpful context in the review of your application and academic credentials. Candidates are notified about their admission decision, merit scholarship eligibility, and need-based financial aid in early December.
  • Regular Decision – February 1 deadline (priority deadline). If you need more time to finalize your college list, regular decision assures that we will see the first semester of your senior year grades as part of our review. Students who apply by this priority deadline are assured full consideration for both admission and merit scholarships, and all forms of need-based financial assistance. Candidates are notified in early March.
  • Note – applications are still considered on a rolling basis after February 1.
