Michael Moll, MBA

Michael Moll is the Associate Dean of the School of Business here at La Salle University. He is an experienced higher education professional whose expertise lies in student affairs, program development, operations management, and strategic planning.

In 2015, Michael served on the committee responsible for the inception of the School of Graduate Nursing and Physician Assistant Studies at Hofstra University. He later took on a role with that same school as a key administrator assisting with day-to-day responsibilities including course scheduling, curriculum design and implementation, and student advisement. Following his first stint in academia, Michael shifted gears and accepted an offer with Northwell Health to work within their group purchasing organization. He was responsible for overseeing renegotiation of the health system’s largest comprehensive medical waste management contract for Northwell’s 19 hospitals and over 800 clinical practices.

Shortly thereafter, Michael returned to his passion of higher education accepting the role of Assistant Dean for Student Affairs at the Hofstra Northwell School of Nursing and Physician Assistant Studies where he oversaw all of the day-to-day and business operations of the school. After spending some time back with his Hofstra colleagues, he decided it was time for a change of scenery and found his home in the greater Philadelphia region and here with La Salle University!

Michael graduated from Lebanon Valley College with a B.S. in Health Sciences and a B.S. in Business Administration, and completed his MBA at Hofstra University in 2018.
