Serhii Plokhii

Professor of Ukrainian History at Harvard University

Serhii Plokhii is the Mykhailo Hrushevsky Professor of Ukrainian History at Harvard University, where between 2013 and 2025 he served as the director of the Harvard Ukrainian Research Institute. Mr. Plokhii’s topic of discussion for the evening will be Chernobyl Roulette: Atoms for Peace at the Time of War.

A reception and book signing will follow Mr. Plokhii’s talk.
