Ashley Johnson brings over 15 years of experience in the field of speech-language pathology to her roles as the AAC Specialist at The Timothy School and the Director of Speech-Language Pathologists at Unified Therapy Partners.  In these roles, Ashley leads clinical services with a deep commitment to helping individuals of all ages develop effective communication skills and maximize their independence.

Throughout Ashley’s career, she has provided intervention within diverse settings, including school-based and hospital-based practice, as well as consultative roles serving individuals with hearing impairments and developmental disabilities. Over the past 15 years, she has dedicated a significant portion of her work to augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), helping clients and families identify and implement communication systems that best support their needs.

Her approach to clinical practice emphasizes individualized, evidence-based therapy and a belief that every person deserves the right to communicate. Ashley works collaboratively with clients and caregivers to create meaningful goals and achieve the highest possible level of functional communication and personal fulfillment.

Ashley holds a Master of Arts degree and is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-SLP), with Pennsylvania licensure in speech-language pathology. Her passion for AAC and experience across multiple clinical environments inform her leadership, therapeutic philosophy, and educational pedagogy.
