Administration

Michael Moll is an accomplished higher education administrator with expertise in student affairs, program development, operations management, and strategic planning.

Michael joined La Salle University’s School of Business in 2022 as Associate Dean, where he continues to lead academic and operational initiatives supporting the school’s mission and strategic goals. He has guided the rollout of graduate-level programming in Health Systems Management, Applied Artificial Intelligence, and the MBA program in stackable certificates, and also spearheaded the launch of the undergraduate Sport Management major. From May 2024 through August 2025, Michael served as Interim Dean of the School of Business, guiding the School through its AACSB continuous improvement review process while providing steady leadership during a period of transition and progress.

Dating back to 2015, Michael played a pivotal role in the inception of what is now the Hofstra Northwell School of Nursing and Physician Assistant Studies at Hofstra University. He led initiatives in course scheduling, curriculum design, student advisement, and recruitment and retention. After three years at Hofstra, Michael joined Northwell Health, where he directed the renegotiation of the largest comprehensive municipal and medical waste management contract in the health system’s history. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he was instrumental in managing aspects of the health system’s supply chain, ensuring emergency treatment facilities were well-equipped with critical supplies.

At the height of the pandemic, Michael returned to his passion for higher education, becoming the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs at the Hofstra Northwell School of Nursing and Physician Assistant Studies. He oversaw all day-to-day and business operations, and contributed to the university’s COVID testing and vaccination efforts, aiding in a swift and safe return to in-person instruction. And after almost two years in his return to Hofstra, Michael found his home here at La Salle University.

Michael holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Health Sciences and Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College and an MBA from Hofstra University.
