The purposes of the LSU-SLHCC clinics are two-fold: to provide SLP graduate students with clinical experience during their program and to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to those in the surrounding community with communication and/or swallowing disorders. The students receive one-to-one supervision from licensed and certified speech-language-pathologists as they provide diagnostic and therapeutic intervention across the entire spectrum of communication disorders.
The La Salle University Speech-Language-Hearing Community Clinics are used primarily as an educational training facility. Services are provided to individuals of all ages at no cost.
