Jesse Wool, Ph.D.

Jesse Wool is an Assistant Professor with a clinical background in pediatric critical care. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Nursing in 2014 with his BSN and completed his MBE at the University of Pennsylvania, Perelman School of Medicine. He is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Nursing.

His research focuses on parental decision-making in the pediatric intensive care unit and communication between clinicians and parents of children in the PICU. His other scholarly interests include ethics of medical decision-making for children in the ICU environment and end-of-life decision-making for critically ill children.
