Career Opportunities

Upon graduation, La Salle’s CSD students are prepared to enter a master’s degree program in speech-language pathology or a clinical doctorate program in audiology. Students are also prepared to enter the profession in a wide variety of clinical settings, including:

  • Speech pathology assistants
  • Audiologist assistants
  • Special education teachers
  • Counselors
  • Consultants

Accreditation

The Master of Science (M.S.) education program in speech-language pathology (residential) at La Salle University is accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, 2200 Research Boulevard, #310, Rockville, MD 20850, 800-498-2071 or 301-296-5700.

La Salle’s BSN, MSN, DNP and APRN post-master’s certificate programs are fully accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
