The Education Department in conjuction with University Communications is pleased to announce the launching of three new Web sites that will help to promote programs in the areas of Education, Secondary Education, and the Advanced Placement Program for Teachers.
While the Education and Secondary Sites will increase public awareness of the quality of our teaching certification programs in the Education Department at the University, the Advanced Placement site is designed to disseminate information to high school teachers interested in teaching Advanced Placement classes.
In order to teach AP courses at the high school level, it is strongly recommended by the College Board that teachers enroll in a College Board endorsed program, like La Salle's, and complete the course of study.
The website is comprehensive for the program and includes information on the program, the course descriptions, the consultants, housing options, etc. In addition, the website allows for teachers to register using an on-line registration option.
