Kristen Garry, MBA

Kristen Garry received her M.B.A. from La Salle University in 2022 and her B.S.B.A from Penn State University, Abington in 2000.  Previous work experience includes working as a Benefits Specialist for Gallagher Benefits Associates helping employers with their group benefits.  After 10 years in insurance, she stayed home to run an in-home daycare.  After 5 years of watching children, she joined La Salle University in July 2016 as an Administrative Assistant to both the Assistant Dean and Director of the Business Scholars Program.  In 2020 was promoted to Undergraduate Advising Coordinator, then, in 2022, was named Assistant Dean for Student Success, and is now our Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Programs, managing all operational aspects of our undergraduate business programs.  She assists the Dean and Associate Dean in facilitating programmatic innovation, continuous improvement initiatives and enrollment strategies as well as handing the day-to-day advising and curricular duties for our undergraduate students.
