Mike McAleer was a KPMG International Global Quality and Risk Management – Area Risk Leader based in Philadelphia (2018-2022). He was previously an Audit Partner at KPMG in the Netherlands (2016-2018) and an Audit and Transaction Services Partner in Philadelphia (2002 – 2003; 2005 -2016) and Detroit (2003 – 2005). Prior to KPMG, Mike was a partner with Arthur Andersen in Philadelphia (1992-2002). Mike’s experience was primarily with large multi-national public companies in the technology, manufacturing and services sectors.

As an Area Risk Leader for KPMG International, Mike had risk management oversight responsibility for several KPMG member firms in northwest Europe. As an audit partner, Mike’s responsibilities included serving as the global lead engagement partner and signing audit partner for a number of clients, including NXP Semiconductors, Unisys Corporation, ARAMARK Corporation, Airgas, Inc., Collins & Aikman, Metaldyne, AMP Incorporated (TE Connectivity) and Amkor Technologies. Mike has substantial experience with initial public offerings, secondary offerings, private placements and complex M&A transactions, including leveraged buy-out transactions. Mike was an SEC Reviewing partner responsible for several public company audits.

As a Transaction Services partner, Mike provided a broad range of services including acquisition
planning and analysis, transaction structuring, due diligence, merger integration services, and
consultation regarding carve-outs/spin-off transactions for strategic and financial buyers
His industry experience includes Technology, Service, Manufacturing, Chemicals, Automotive,
Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Aerospace, Retail, and Distribution.

Mike was President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and served
on the board and executive committee of the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House. Mike continues
to serve on the boards of PRMH related entities.

Mike and his wife, Anna, have three children and one grandchild. He enjoys golf, sailing, cycling
and travel with the family.
