President Allen began his tenure as La Salle University’s 30th President on April 18, 2022.
In May 2023, the Board of Trustees approved the university’s new strategic plan, Ascend 2023-2028. The six pillars in the plan will set La Salle on the path to be the leading Lasallian educational institution, rooted in the liberal arts and aligned with emerging industries, that prepares students for the challenges and complexities of living and working in a diverse democracy and global society.
La Salle University’s Cybersecurity master’s program opened a new career path for Chandelier Ephrata, M.Sc. ‘25. The University also helped her see how she could use the new skillset for good.
The program, formerly Integrated Science Business Technology (ISBT), offers students an interdisciplinary education covering life science, technology development, and business topics.
