  • BEFORE ARRIVING TO CAMPUS:
    • All residential students must register themselves on the La Salle housing portal for a move-in time slot. 
    • All time slots allow for a one hour time window to manage arrivals. This is a deliberate measure from La Salle’s Housing and Residence Life team to spread out demand on the elevators and manage entrance area congestion.
  • WHERE TO REPORT: 
    • All students are required to check in at the main check-in point before entering the residence halls. Access will not be active for students who have not fully resolved financial aid/payment /payment plan expectations. Please resolve prior to arrival to make your move in process more streamlined.
    • For first-year students, the main check-in location will be at the lower level entrance on 20th Street (by McCarthy Stadium).
    • For upperclassmen, the main check-in location is TruMark Financial Center.
  • WHAT TO BRING:
    • Explore more, pack less. The Housing and Residence Life team has assembled a what-to-bring checklist to help you prepare for your move-in date
  • WHERE TO PARK:
    • 1st Year Students: For an easier move-in process, enter campus through the South Campus Entrance 1825 Lindley Ave: (GPS: 40.033776, -75.153202) (for check-in. Then, follow directions of staff in roadway to parking across from St. Basil Court or parking across from St. Neumann Hall(depending on your assignment).
    • Upper-class Students: Students checking should park in the main parking lot adjacent to the TruMark Center to check in and then locate your vehicles close to Miguel or on Olney Avenue in front of North Halls for St. Katharine, and plan to drive to South campus after you have checked in for St. Neumann or Basil Court accommodations. 
  • VISITORS
    • Please note that online visitor registration will be required after move-in hours conclude each day and will start at 6pm.
