Join us on an intensive, interdisciplinary program that combines culinary arts, health sciences and their application for health benefits.
Beauvais is a lovely mid-size town, just an 80- minute train ride away from Paris.

The program is entirely in English, designed for international students. It does include some basic instruction in French. To be eligible for the program, you must be a nutrition major, have successfully completed NUTR 230/230Lab, and have a GPA of at least 3.0 overall. Spaces are limited so we may not be able to nominate all eligible students.
Housing:
You will live in UniLaSalle’s International student residence, located on a safe, 10-acre pedestrian campus just North of downtown.
