La Salle University is deeply saddened to hear about the sudden closing of the University of the Arts (UArts). We know all too well the anxiety, stress, and uncertainty this sudden move will have on current and prospective UArts undergraduate and graduate students. La Salle is committed to providing a place for any and all interested UArts students with three important guarantees:
- Students will not pay more to earn a degree at La Salle than they were paying at UArts (assuming full-time course of study and use of loans).
- La Salle will transfer as many credits as possible—up to 90—to ensure students are able to graduate on time (assuming similar majors).
- The University will provide preferential housing assignments for UArts students, ensuring roommate pairs who come over together can room together.
