Members of the Board of Trustees are committed to the University Mission, as articulated in the University’s Mission Statement, and promote such Mission and Lasallian values in support of the corporate purposes of the University and the services to which it is dedicated. The University’s operations will be conducted in harmony with the University’s tradition as a Catholic and Lasallian institution of higher education, and to that end: the University will be directed in accord with the moral, spiritual, and religious inspiration and values of the Catholic Church; the University will be guided by the spiritual, intellectual and educational ideals of the Brothers of the Christian Schools, in the spirit of Saint John Baptist de La Salle; and the University will integrate its Mission into all aspects of teaching, learning and University life.
The Board shall manage the business and affairs of the University, and shall exercise all the rights, powers, and privileges granted to the University by law, all in conformity with these By-Laws.
