Melissa Rizzo graduated from La Salle in 2017. After graduation, Melissa started her career in public accounting at KPMG in their audit practice. Her main clients were in pharmaceuticals, technology and software industries.
In 2020, Melissa started working at Genmab, a Danish biotech company. She worked in the finance department in various roles within external reporting and order-to-cash before transitioning to the commercial team. Melissa joined the Field Operations team which helps shape field team policies and procedures, delivers customer insights, and ensures the field team has the tools, resources, and information that they need to deliver the best possible stakeholder experiences.
While attending La Salle, Melissa was a part of the 4-year BSMBA and Business Scholars Program. Melissa also was a sister in Alpha Theta Alpha, holding the President and Treasurer positions while she was a student. She also volunteered through La Salle to go on service trips to Kentucky along the Appalachian Mountains.
