Brian is an experienced financial and operational executive with more than 25 years of leadership across large-scale service organizations. He currently provides advisory services, where he advises on growth strategy, business performance, and leadership effectiveness across prospective portfolio companies.
Previously, Brian served as Chief Financial Officer of BAYADA Home Health Care, a national healthcare services organization. In this role, he drove financial strategy, capital allocation, and enterprise transformation. During his tenure, the organization achieved significant revenue growth, enhanced operational performance, and strengthened its governance and risk management framework. He also played a key leadership role in guiding the company through the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring financial resilience and continuity of care.
Prior to BAYADA, Brian held several senior leadership roles at Aramark, a Fortune 200 publicly traded organization, including Senior Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer. He led global accounting, financial reporting, and shared services functions, and collaborated with business leadership to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, M&A integration, and operational standardization.
Brian began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP in Business Assurance & Advisory Services. He has served as a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
A graduate of La Salle University, Brian earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting, graduating cum laude with University Honors. He is also a recipient of the School of Business’s Michael A. DeAngelis Award.
Brian resides in New Jersey, with his wife and daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, and staying active, including giving back to the community and mentoring future business leaders through his involvement with La Salle University.
