What activities was the Nominee involved with as a student? As a student, Nicholas demonstrated strong leadership, academic excellence, and a commitment to service. He was an active member of the Honors Society, served as President of the Chemistry Club, and volunteered extensively with local community projects, contributing time and effort to initiatives focused on service and outreach.
How has the Nominee remained active or engaged with the University as an alumnus/a since graduation? Since graduation, Nicholas has remained actively engaged with the University through continued academic and mentorship involvement. After completing undergraduate studies, he returned to the University to pursue an MBA, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to academic growth and institutional connection. In addition, he has provided tutoring support and maintained regular engagement with both the Business School and Biology/Chemistry faculty.
Why does the Nominee want to serve on the Alumni Board of Directors? Nicholas seeks to serve on the Alumni Board of Directors out of a strong belief in the University’s mission and its ongoing potential for growth and impact. Having benefited greatly from the institution’s academic and professional opportunities, he is deeply committed to giving back and supporting the continued success of the University and its students. Service on the Alumni Board represents an opportunity to remain actively engaged, contribute meaningful perspective, and help advance initiatives that strengthen the alumni network and foster long-term institutional excellence.
Is there any other information you would like to share with the nomination committee of the Alumni Association Board of Directors? Nicholas currently serves as a voting member on the PCOM Admissions Committee for Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) candidates. In this role, he contributes to the selection and mentorship of future physicians, demonstrating a continued commitment to the institution’s mission, values, and long-term success.
