At La Salle University, Paige Mitchell, ‘26, captained the water polo team, led the Olney Outlaws, worked for the Philadelphia Phillies, and immersed herself in the campus community. Her time at 20th and Olney was everything she could have hoped for.

Across two ceremonies on May 10, 2025, over 1,000 Explorers received their degrees, with loved ones watching the new graduates walk across the stage at McCarthy Stadium.  

Bishop Joseph L. Coffey, ’82, Alexis Sanchez, ’25, and Sister Isabella “Bella” Davila, DC, MSW ’25, headline the graduation speaking honors.

The Class of 2024 was celebrated during two ceremonies held at McCarthy Stadium on campus.

Bernadette “Bern” Shields, MBA ’24, was equipped with the tools from La Salle’s School of Business to move onto a role at PwC.

Litia Gans, ‘20, MSN ‘24, and Jaida Davenport-Gans, ’24, supporting each other through their MSN and BSN programs, respectively.

Douglas Rodriguez, ’24, wants to empower his future students to be successful.

Christie Perkins, ’24, is a nursing student with a minor in public health.

The address will take place during the Graduate Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, May 11.

Ivy-yon Jackson, ’24, is a psychology and sociology major with a minor in criminal justice at La Salle.
