Moore was the first Black men’s basketball player at La Salle and helped the team win the 1952 NIT Championship.

The event, taking place on April 8 at 5 p.m., will feature student art inspired by public health issues. The evening will include a panel discussion with professionals from both the art and public health fields. 

The $40,000 grant will be used to reframe the conversation around sexual violence and help keep the campus community safe.
