The Office of the University Registrar verifies enrollment and student status (full-time/part-time). Various health insurers, employers, lending agencies, and other entities may request proof of enrollment or provide forms that need to be completed.
To review and print your own enrollment verification please click here to logon to mylasalle, using your user ID and PIN. You will be connected to the National Student Clearinghouse site which will provide you with the following options at no charge:
- Print enrollment verification certificates
- View your enrollment history
- View when deferment notices were sent to your student lenders

Ordering By Mail or Fax:
If you have a form that needs to be completed, please send the original form(s) that you need completed to the Registrar’s Office (address and fax number are listed below). Be sure to include with your request a complete forwarding address or fax number where you need the enrollment verification to be sent.
Students wanting to obtain enrollment verification in person may come to the Registrar’s Office. (Hours and address are listed below).
PLEASE NOTE: It is up to the student to determine if the verification can be sent via fax. We cannot fax a form that requires the official seal of the University.
