La Salle University health insurance is managed through Student Accounts Receivable and the Insurance Product liaison, Tim Cummons. Questions regarding charges related to the health insurance plan should be directed to Student Accounts Receivable at studentar@lasalle.edu. Inquiries pertaining to plan benefits or coverage can be directed to Tim Cummons at 1-800-346-4075 ext. 1452 or lasalle@rcmd.com.
During the open enrollment period, the enrollment or waiver form can be accessed by visiting www.RCMDstudentbenefits.com. Once there, choose La Salle University from the list and follow the directions. Students not covered by another comparable insurance plan must enroll in the University-sponsored health insurance plan.
Once the health insurance is invoiced, students are granted until August 31 to complete the hard-waiver. The charge can be reversed upon completion of the hard-waiver but only through August 31.
We recommend you use a computer, laptop, or tablet to process the hard-waiver.
