Ballisty spent 40 years as an adjunct faculty member with the Education and Philosophy Programs, inspiring many students and colleagues throughout.  

La Salle University Professor of Finance, Elizabeth Cooper, Ph.D., always puts her students' education first, no matter if her classroom is in Founders’ Hall or the Federal Detention Center in Philadelphia. 

The event, taking place on April 8 at 5 p.m., will feature student art inspired by public health issues. The evening will include a panel discussion with professionals from both the art and public health fields.
